About the Makers
Pebble Child
Pebble toys and baby products are made by the women at Hathay Bunano, a non-profit Fair Trade organisation in Bangladesh. Hathay Bunano is Bangla for 'handmade' or 'hand knitted', which is exactly how all Pebble products are made. The aim of Hathay Buano is to give women from rural areas who are economically-challenged access to fair, safe and flexible work that is close to home. The women knit beautiful toys, chatting and sharing stories as they work, while earning money for their families' livelihoods and children's education.
All of our products are carefully wrapped and shipped to you from Brisbane, QLD.
We use sustainable wrapping and packaging as much as possible.
If your item doesn't fit in one of our parcel bags, we try and reuse boxes that have been sent to us.

Gift Wrapping
We will happily gift wrap products for an extra $2. This can be added at checkout along with a short note to the person receiving the gift.
When purchasing multiple products don't forget to include in your order notes if you would like the products to be wrapped separately or all together. Around Christmas time, please specify if it is a Christmas gift or not so we can choose the wrapping paper accordingly.
