Online Orders
You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and itemized receipt after placing an online order. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, and Saturdays during busy periods.
We usually dispatch within 3–5 business days; processing may take longer during Christmas or sales.
Once shipped, we'll email you the tracking number.

Delivery Times
We advise customers to allow 3-8 business days from dispatch to Australian metropolitan areas. Delivery times to regional areas may vary.

The Fair Trader bears no responsibility for parcel delays due to Australia Post or other couriers. The Fair Trader bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Express Post
Express Post through Australia Post is the fastest way to receive your parcel. However please note that next day delivery is currently not guaranteed. Visit the Australia Post website for updates on Express Delivery Times.
Click & Collect
Available at South Brisbane between 9am until 3pm week days only.
Your order can be collected from Level 7 154 Melbourne Street South Brisbane.
Please note this is an office and not a retail space. Your order will be left for you with the friendly receptionists.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection, usually within 2 days.
Simply select 'Pick Up at South Brisbane' at checkout.
Tax Receipts
Our regular order confirmation emails include an itemised receipt of your purchase, however this cannot be used for tax purposes.
If you require a Tax Receipt for your purchase, please let us know and email fairtraderstore@outlook.com with your order number.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a parcel from The Fair Trader but it's not what you ordered please email fairtraderstore@outlook.com with your order number and we will amend the issue as soon as possible.
