Shipping policy
Online Orders
After you've placed your online order we will send you a confirmation email that will include your order number and an itemised receipt of purchase.
Orders are posted Monday - Friday. In busy periods this will include Saturday.
Our team will generally ship your order within 2-3 business days of purchase.
During Christmas and Sale Periods it might take a little longer to process your order. Our small team appreciates your patience during these busier times.
Once your order has been posted, we will email you a tracking number.

Domestic & International Shipping
The Fair Trader ships Australia and New Zealand-wide.
We are working on offering international shipping beyond New Zealand.
Delivery Times
We advise customers to allow 3-8 business days from dispatch to Australian metropolitan areas. Delivery times to regional areas may vary.
Please refer to Australia Post for current information about delivery times within Australia and to New Zealand.
The Fair Trader bears no responsibility for parcel delays due to Australia Post or other couriers. The Fair Trader bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
Express Post
Express Post through Australia Post is the fastest way to receive your parcel. However please note that next day delivery is currently not guaranteed. Visit the Australia Post website for updates on Express Delivery Times.
Click & Collect
We offer free In Store Pick Up at our South Brisbane location during office hours.
Please contact us to arranage collection time, and ensure you bring your receipt or ID with you when you come to collect your order.
We also offer In Store Pick up at our Empire Revival location between the hours of 10 - 4pm.
Bulky Items
Please note that some of our larger products are listed on our website as Pick Up Only at South Brisbane.
If you do not live locally and would still like to order any of these products, you are welcome to email us at fairtraderstore@outlook.com with your postage address and we will send you a Shipping Quote. If you decide to proceed with the order, we will invoice you with the cost of shipping.
Tax Receipts
Our regular order confirmation emails include an itemised receipt of your purchase, however this cannot be used for tax purposes.
If you require a Tax Receipt for your purchase, please let us know and email fairtraderstore@outlook.com with your order number.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive a parcel from The Fair Trader but it's not what you ordered please email fairtraderstore@outlook.com with your order number and we will amend the issue as soon as possible.
