About the Makers
U-Chus Fair Trade
U-Chus is a small family business that partners with WFTO (World Fair Trade Organisation) certified Fair Trade producers Corr the Jute Works and Prokritee in Dhaka, Bangladesh. U-Chus takes accountability seriously, and can track their production chain directly back to each individual worker. All producers are paid a living wage, and U-Chus is a member of the Fair Traders of Australia to ensure worker rights are maintained. U-Chus' focuses on giving disadvantaged people in rural areas access to an income; their workforce is made up mostly of women, people with a disability, and indigenous people.

All of our products are carefully wrapped and shipped to you from Brisbane, QLD.
We use sustainable wrapping and packaging as much as possible.
If your item doesn't fit in one of our parcel bags, we try and reuse boxes that have been sent to us.

Brisbane Orders - if you would like your item delivered, please let us know. We may able to do this from our base at South Brisbane.

Gift Wrapping
We will happily gift wrap products for an extra $2. This can be added at checkout along with a short note to the person receiving the gift.
When purchasing multiple products don't forget to include in your order notes if you would like the products to be wrapped separately or all together. Around Christmas time, please specify if it is a Christmas gift or not so we can choose the wrapping paper accordingly.
