This ornament was woven with chambira palm fiber by a native Amazon artisan.
Each model has a distinct color pattern representing the diversity of these fruit-eating birds.
The sale of these ornaments supports forest conservation and helps meet local needs in traditional communities in Peru.
These toucans were made artisans from the villages of Amazonas and San Francisco on the Maranon River.
Please remember that each ornament was hand-made by different artisans so the design of each craft varies some from the photo shown for each model.
All of our products are carefully wrapped and shipped to you from Brisbane, QLD.
We use sustainable wrapping and packaging as much as possible.
If your item doesn't fit in one of our parcel bags, we try and reuse boxes that have been sent to us.

Brisbane Orders - if you would like your item delivered, please let us know. We may able to do this from our base at South Brisbane.
We will happily gift wrap products for an extra $1. This can be added at checkout along with a short note to the person receiving the gift.
When purchasing multiple products don't forget to include in your order notes if you would like the products to be wrapped separately or all together. Around Christmas time, please specify if it is a Christmas gift or not so we can choose the wrapping paper accordingly.
