About the Art
TALI (SANDHILLS)
This beautiful image depicts the sandhills of Damien’s Country, Mount Liebig, stretching towards Papunya. From a distance, the wind blows across the sand, making the hills appear to move and change shape. The wind forms ripples, undulations, and ridges in the sand — the same shapes and patterns represented in this painting.
These sandhills are a common sight around Papunya, with some so large they can only be crossed on foot. Between the sandhills lie dry claypans and rockholes, marking the natural landscape of Damien’s Country.

Brisbane Orders - if you would like your item delivered, please let us know. We may able to do this from our base at South Brisbane.
We will happily gift wrap products for an extra $1. This can be added at checkout along with a short note to the person receiving the gift.
When purchasing multiple products don't forget to include in your order notes if you would like the products to be wrapped separately or all together. Around Christmas time, please specify if it is a Christmas gift or not so we can choose the wrapping paper accordingly.
