No Minimum Orders
There are no minimum order amount.
We just ask that you give us as much time as possible to gather and present your gift.
Postage and Pick Up
Free pick up from South Brisbane or La Trobe Terrace Paddington QLD.
Postage and courier rates will be advised.
Our beautiful hampers and/or gift packs feature Fair Trade and eco-friendly products that we have in stock at the time of your order.
Please note that some hgift amper contents may vary from the photos shown depending on product availability. However we will only ever offer you the best quality.
Sustainable Packaging
Our hampers come packaged in either a handwoven basket or a hamper box, and are wrapped in biodegradable cello with natural twine.

Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
