Please note: Our team will take care to create a beautiful, unique hamper for your new little loved one. Products in the hamper will depend on stock availability but rest assured the hamper will be curated with the utmost care and the end result will be a gift you will feel proud to give. Please note that patterns, colours and products may differ to what is depicted in the photos.
After your order has been confirmed, a Tax Invoice will be sent to the email provided.
Postage
We have three options for postage / collection.
1. In store pick up at Croydon South
2. Ship order to one address - we will send you an invoice with the additional cost of postage if you are ordering more than one hamper. Otherwise for one hamper it is a flat rate of $10.
3. Ship hampers directly to each recipient's address (if ordering multiple hampers) - postage is $10 per hamper. We will email you an invoice for additional postage payment separately. We will also require a list of names and addresses the hampers are being sent to. A generalised gift note will be included with each hamper.
Please note that our offer of Free Postage on orders over $150 does not include hamper orders.
Vegan Hampers
Please include a note in your order if you would like the hamper(s) to be vegan. They usually are anyway, but let us know so we can make sure.
Sustainable Packaging
All our hampers are presented in sustainable packaging. This hamper is packaged in a cardboard box or basket with recycled paper padding and wrapped in biodegradable cello with natural twine.
All of our products are packaged and shipped to you from our store in Melbourne, Victoria by our small team. We use FSC certified paper bags that are padded with recycled paper pulp. When your products don't fit in one of our parcel bags, we try and reuse boxes that have been sent to us.
Postage is $12.00 flat rate, 15.00 for express in Australia, $15.00 flat rate for New Zealand and FREE POSTAGE for orders over $200.00*.
We usually ship your order within 2 business days through Australia Post. Express Post is also available and can be selected at checkout.
Hampers
*When ordering more than one hamper or gift pack you will need to fill out our order form where you will then be contacted by our staff with a postage quote.
Gift Wrapping
We will happily gift wrap products for an extra $2. This can be added at checkout along with a short note to the person receiving the gift.
When purchasing multiple products don't forget to include in your order notes if you would like the products to be wrapped separately or all together. Around Christmas time, please specify if it is a Christmas gift or not so we can choose the wrapping paper accordingly.
Our products are a curated selection of intentional and purposeful items which work towards alleviating global issues and inequities. Many of our products hold Fair Trade Certifications from the World Fair Trade Organisation, Fair Trade Australia & New Zealand as well as sustainable textile certifications such as the GOTS Certification.
